How To Use
To use your soap shaker, slide the ring down the handle and open the cage at the end. Place your dish soap bar inside, close the lid over, then slide the ring back up to keep everything secure.
For best results, use with hot water. Hold the handle and swish the shaker under running hot water as the sink fills, or simply place it into the sink and position it beneath the water for a hands-free option. As the soap begins to dissolve, it will create a gentle washing solution in the water.
Unlike conventional dish liquids, you won’t see lots of big foamy bubbles – and that’s completely normal. Excessive bubbles are often created by harsh surfactants and aren’t what actually clean your dishes. Instead, check the water by rubbing it between your fingers. When it feels lightly slippery, you’ve got the right amount of soap.
This helps prevent overusing your bar and makes it last longer. When washing up, it’s best to start with your cleanest items first, such as glasses and cups, then move on to plates and finally your greasier pots and pans. For anything especially dirty, letting it soak for a minute or two first will make the job much easier.
