Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high demand or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is received and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
We offer standard shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
We do not ship internationally.
Tracking and delivery: Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation. If a carrier indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members and neighbors and contact the carrier first. If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, contact us and we will assist.
Lost, damaged or delayed shipments: If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage to help with any claims.
Address changes and incorrect addresses: Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has entered processing or shipping. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may incur additional fees to redirect or reship.
Returns and exchanges: Our shipping policy is separate from our Returns & Exchanges policy. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please review our Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility, timeframes and instructions.
